SHA is not definitely due on Monday. The term sheet terminates on the earlier of completion of the SHA or; 6 months from entering into the binding term sheet. Therefore the SHA can be extended as much as required up until 6 months from the term sheet being entered into. Considering the term sheet was extended 3 times I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened with the SHA.
This was my understanding of the wording in the term sheet anyway, may well be wrong.
