@MSJ1985 To me in reading the Terms sheet entered into on 22 August. With a view to executing the SHA within 8 weeks.
It may not be Monday.. but that is the 8 week point form the Terms Sheet.. its just a view not a commitment so it could be soon. Agree we could see extensions.. cant see it will be too far away though!

As per the announcement:
The Parties will negotiate, in a timely manner and in good faith, the key terms of
a shareholders’ agreement in respect of the Project SPV (SHA) with a view to
executing the SHA within 8 weeks after entry into the Term Sheet (Signature
Date). The SHA shall be on terms consistent with the Term Sheet to record the
parties’ objects and aims in relation to the Project
