I don’t think we there will be a TO, not just yet anyway. What would they get, some wind and sun stats and some land. If there was to be a TO I think they would want a bit more than that.
I agree this dragging out is starting to get a bit long in the tooth, however I think not having a set date now means we won’t get a false pump for profit takers, or traders and hopefully the SP can rise on the merit of the agreement.
NI has nothing to add at this point, they are in limbo same as us.
