I’m hoping we get the shareholders agreement, plus detailed announcements around the structure and composition of the new JV board, plus indications of positive preliminary funding/equity discussions having already taken place, and some PRL admin like capital reorganisation here (e.g. consolidation to reduce the ridiculous number of shares on issue relative to market cap, with a sweetener to boost & sustain SP into a post-consolidation price range that is attractive for institutional investors to onboard). This is an opportunity for PRL to change the game and mature.
