(PRL is mentioned, almost as an afterthought. at the very end. If DF is getting any further incentive it should be to make PRL a highly visible, top-of-mind contender and a leading voice on GH2 development, given our location, export potential and achieveable footprint - there is really no good reason for continuing this invisibility regardless of whether we are trading presently or not).
