    On the Recompliance ann thread I outlined what the requirements are to fulfil Chapters 1 & 2 all over again. It is essentially the same as doing a full IPO as a result of the change in business. Hence the length of time required and my irritation that the board didn’t foreshadow this when all along (since Ozexco acquisition) they have been presenting themselves as a green H2 company.
