FHE ceo had very strong projects management background. DF had strong small cap IPO and resale small cap experience.
If prl follow FHE path way starting small production with proving low-cost production...Prl might boom out in next 2 years....
otherwise PRl need new investors news or takeover offer to recover the share price to 15c level...
