I have it on pretty good authority that the delays regarding the release of the PFS lay with the state government & their inability to make a decision regarding our land tenure. Without this option to lease agreement in place the PFS are for the meantime rendered useless and the asx won’t even look at the study.
also not having the land tenure has put a hold on ongoing negotiations with potential partners.

the company applied for a section 88 option to lease 2 years ago, regarding the land tenure & are still waiting for the state government to allow it.

hopefully the can pull their finger out and make a decision so the HyEnergy project can move forward
