    doesn't look like pro money wants to hold into feasibility studies because without government funding and a lot of it green hydrogen isn't viable.
    Looks like pro money passing the risk to retail while they possibly may buy it back on news when or if it's feasible. Next investors probably helping instos and brokers to provide extra liquidity to their fans.
