broker data is super ugly showing huge hands of retails buys underwater. 18.5c to 14.5c 3 red days in a row without even a MACD cross. With MacD death cross you can expect volume to kick in with traders exiting. prl is done for unfortunately. Going of broker actions seems to me this MOU/offtake isn't happening. When news comes out this will drop big time and that's when they will buy back.
