Unfortunately, based on prior form, I wouldn’t put it past PRL to announce at 9:55am on the day the Term Sheet expires that it has been extended by another 6 months to allow for ”further studies” and “complex ongoing negotiations” lol. On a takeover by TE, I agree, I was just being ironic. Let’s hope Twiggy, who does complex deals around the globe multiple times a week, hasn’t cut our lunch (baguette) in the meantime!
