Respectfully you can't and shouldn't answer that for someone else
You don't know their risk profile. How can you possibly assume something is" worth the risk" for someone you've never met and don't know, on an online forum?
The risk is 100% loss on August 30 if PRL is below 4c
PRLO are the riskiest way to play PRL, full stop
Also if someone has to ask, options probably aren't for them
