    I acknowledge the technical capabilities of others and I'm interested in technical SP forecasts.
    PRL SP spiked to circa 0.21 cents and MC $250MM on news of the HyEnergy project and has since slid to current SP.
    With a current MC of $63.8MM from 1.18 billion shares @ 0.054 cents and "hopefully" an approved 50% share in a $6bln project, what SP forecasts are possible?
    There are funding requirements to consider and the potential of dilution, what other aspects will contribute to the SP trajectory?
