    I agree. They need to find a partner. It is common practice in the oil exploration business to have several partners to distribute the exploration risk. A five million dollar partner is not a big ask in the money loaded oil industry. I can't invest more if there is a reasonable probability that my investment is used to pay down their debts without any drilling.
