    I agree with the eat less exercise more idea but it is a bit vague.

    What’s in your diet is the most important thing but the exercise thing is the more ambiguous thing.

    It depends on the individual and doesn’t have to be excessive.

    If one can only walk a 100m then building up to a km might take a week, month or a year but one needs to address the diet first.

    Life’s a balancing act after all
