I am type 2 diabetic and have been on oz for 3 years now.
No side effects because I don't drink or smoke and I'm unvaxxed.

I find using oz and doing carnivore really burn the kilos off. I can drop 7kgs in a month on carnivore diet while using oz- no exercise required.


Hmm, I don't really care about the expert opinions of others, especially if you got the artery-clagging jab because you needed an untested drug.
