smile.png I thank you all for sharing your experience.

After reading your comments, I have decided that Ozempic is not for me, even though my GP suggested it to me some time ago.
He said it could kick start my weight loss. But I was sceptical even then as I knew that basically if you stopped, that the weight would pile on again.

I have read about some people using a lower dose after a while, but with my anxiety and other health issues it would freak me out.
I will concentrate now on trying to improve my health. Eat more protein as I have been craving it some days.
I use no sugar, limit carbs. Avoid junk food, I hate it anyway.

So start moving around more. I have started Braggs apple cider vinegar again the last few days and have lost 1 1/2 kgs.
Apart from my weight, I will order saffron and perhaps other things to help my ADHD as this I now realise has been at the root of my distress.
I need to study the subject a little more.

I take Ivermectin and many vitamins to hopefully address the spike proteins from the vaxes.
Lol, I had a text message from my GP yesterday inviting me in for “immunisations”
Does he think by not using the word vaccinations, that it will fool some?

You guys have helped me a lot, thanks again
