    If you desire to lose weight and to get into much better shape then I recommend you visit your local accredited exercise physiology practice. They usually have a dietician who will get your diet into shape and engage you in a program of exercise, which often includes resistance training as well as aerobic activities. It works at any age and works surprisingly well. A good group to have as part of your medical team.
