These new recruits would not jump ship if they weren't getting into something good. Not jumping from the security of the likes of BD.

lol it's a bit like Pearl Harbor, the Japs didn't get it during the war, but they've all moved in afterwards. We'll have a tour in a couple of years and all the staff will be wearing their old BD shirts lol.
