Danube some observations:

Positive:
1. Decent Size of Deposit;
2. Resources Upgrade Upside
3. Good Management Team in Exploration
4. In Good Geopolitical Location
5. Proven Process
6. Has more deposits af same or better prospectivity than Anomaly

Potentially Positive
1. Could Have a Good Management Team in Mining and Production Phase
2. Water, Power, etc could be Ready in Time of Mining
3. Potentially Low Cost Mining, at Least at Scope Study, Even With Very Low Grade Uranium
4. Takeover Target for Large Deposit

Negative:
1. Low grade, 200ppm like 1.2g/t gold, or 0.55% copper deposit. Eqv. Gold and Copper Mines are Worth a Lot Less ... True, but it is the costs p/lb rather than grade that is the bottom line
2. Low in Cash ... Not an issue – in fact a raising on the TSX will be a positive
3. Legal Issues ... Will be thrown out … but will still create fear
4. Only 80% holding on Key Deposit ... Not so much a negative IMO .. 80% of $10billion is still $8billion … nothing to sneeze at

Potentially Negative:
1. Peers Lost Value Faster, Could Make BMN Looks More Expensive
2. Uranium Stocks Might not As Hot As Before Due to Falling Spot Price
3. Technically Weak.
4. Difficult to Get Huge Fund Under Current Situation, and Future Cost Pressure ... This wont impact on BMN if they prove a $10billion world class resource … the Chinese or Indians for example, will throw cash at them for guaranteed off-take. Also look out for the French (Areva)

Otherwise seems to cover it all

I am not too concerned though, because once BMN turns the corner again it will recover quickly, it has shown that ability in the past & I have no doubt it will soon
