The Greenlandic political party Demokraatit joins Greenland´s coalition government. The coalition led by prime minister Kim Nielsen now holds 17 out of 31 seats.
Demokraatit is a pro business and pro mining party also supporting uran mining. New Commerce and Natural Ressources minister is Niels Frederik Nielsen, 28, from Demokraatit. In one of his first interviews following the appointment he said government needs to be more effective and flexible in dealing with the Natural Ressources industry.
