The problem is that customers are not voting with their feet and moving to better competitors ie etrade - comsec is cheap and its protrader platform is cheap also.
Although using dial up on protrader is not recommended you need broadband equivalent with unlimited downloads to make it work effectivley. If on dial up use normal comsec platform.
