    Companies typically label their App 3Bs (in case ppl don't know the pro forma appendix requesting quotation for new securities) in the title released to the ASX. By not labeling the 3B one must wade through several announcements to find them. Not a breach of any rule but IMO a tricky way to not highlight how many shares you are issuing.
