Having worked in a small Australian mining company, making the transition from explorer to miner on limited funds, I can assure you everyone involved would be working their guts out.

Look at how Bendigo Mining has worked itself back from the despair of 2007 and has just announced its first dividend.

We often forget the geos, fieldies and miners doing the hard yards in the dust, heat and flies, while we criticise and undermine their companies from the airconditioned comfort of our city offices.

I know Citigold has been a frustrating journey to date but I'm giving them till the New Year to prove they're a goer.
