I'd hate to be a body language expert looking at Rob with all the eye wavering, coughing, shifting in the seat , hand movements etc amidst a series of loaded Dorothy Dix type questions. That being said it is obvious the WA Government doesn't not share the same enthusiasm for developing the Perth Basin. The government ministers involved are notorious procrastinators as is McGowan - if it's not iron ore they just don't care. Outside of that there is no reason for joint venture partners to proclaim they will use Arrow. As along term SH since 2009 I am a bit peeved that NWE is tail wagging the DOG.
