Didn’t see this interview before I last posted in the other thread (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-proposal-to-negotiate-non-binding-letter-of-intent-merger.6573413/page-37?post_id=59455114)
Final details of the proposal are yet known to the public , but I think a Reversed Takeover type of deal with no more than 20% dilution for the USD$50m and the MASC shell could be a good starting point all in my humble opinion.
