Waynes either a great poker player or looks like he generally didnt expect this offer to come up.
Couple of notes after watching the video a couple of times..
Sounds like he's not too keen on a merger with Medicus but is obliged to hear the terms and make a decision that is in the best interest of us as shareholders.
Also sounds like he has a clear pathway in mind to get us on the NASDAQ.
Interesting to hear him say we the tech will definitely get acquired by someone in the future.
Also good to hear we have backing from wall street banks to list on the NASDAQ as an IPO (would be good way to raise the last of the funds required in my opinion).
looking forward to the next few months and hopefully getting up around that 900 million internal valuation!
