Trust me i've been in similar positions with various other junior explorations companies, so I can definitely relate :).

But PEX is definitely a different story for me, management are definitely on the conservative side in relations to hyping up any of their announcements, they are approachable over the phone, and from direct contact with management by several of us off on HC, it seems like their is no need of a CR any time soon. As mentioned before, their returns is coming from the increase in SP, any dilution will impact their own investment.

But I do agree with one thing, there are sceptical shareholders and non-shareholders that are worried about a potential CR. I definitely feel its time for management to address shareholders and non-shareholders funding concerns in an announcement, because IMO this is the only reasoning behind the SP not reaching levels we are all expecting after amazing announcement after another.
