Oh you'd be surprised, it's generally microcaps and illiquid under the radar stocks you really strike out on. IG covers PVD. I mean I've traded both FAR, PCL and CVN there (amongst others). But if it's not being actively traded you have to be pretty damn lucky. They seem to have a lot fo the big offshore drills though.. Neon, Tangiers etc.
I offer exactly no recommendations to use them or any other CFD provider, they really are the quickest way to lose a lot of money.
