You may have noticed we have been a little quiet lately. Contrary to other reports, the Blue sky Report really only speaks when it has something useful to say. You probably all know that copper has crossed $8,000 per tonne and gold is near $1340 an ounce - bla bla bla. As wonderful as this might be, knowing it and talking about it won?t make you anymore money. Simply put, we try and deliver information that will have a direct positive impact on your bank balance, and the best way I know how to do that is deliver quality recommendations and remind you of the importance of risk management. We also try and help you control your natural tendency or desire for instant gratification which leads to overtrading, selling too soon and crazy trading.

The other reason for our silence is we have been extremely busy analysing two companies we are extremely interested in. Both these companies are resource focused but one is concentrating on copper and the other is primarily gold. These two companies are ? Robust Resources and Discovery Metals.

We have recommended Robust resources code: ROL twice before, the first time was a very successful trade and we think there is a lot more growth to come, but now is not the time to buy as we are waiting for an impulsive setup. Stay tuned for more information on why we think this is such a quality company.

Discovery Metals code: DML is also showing significant upside potential but price has run very hard lately and for this reason we are prepared to wait for a better technical trade. Discovery is focused on their Botswana project in Africa and continues to show signs of becoming a major producer of copper. There is significant potential for very large resource delineation however, unlike Rex Minerals they have a much higher market capitalisation already and for this reason we will continue focusing on REX until DML confirms the all important accumulation phase before setting up a trade.

So for now please adopt patience and take a break. If you are really busting to buy something you could do a lot worse than Rex Minerals. Robust has confirmed a higher quarterly bar and has confirmed a major uptrend and we will explain why we believe it is quite possible for this stock to cross the $5.00 level per share in 2011 but before buying we must wait for an impulsive setup. We waited for REX allowing us to buy in near the $2.00 level before price ran to $2.60 and we see no reason why we cannot repeat the process with Robust.

We should have a video illustration covering Robust code: ROL by Friday.
