Yep spot IMO , today's action was a bit of shorting games and nothing more than what we have seen many times in this stock.
The cap at .14 is a dead giveaway, if there were leaks and someone new that bad news was imminent it would have been sold into the market in the twelves knowing full well the price would be heading down further than that. The fact the sell side at .14 was stacked once the downtrend today was in full swing says it all, if they wanted out they would have rather than just sitting there to urge others.
