One must take what is said by proactive investors with a grain of salt. It would appear to me as though NWE are paining for the privledge of being reported about? The notion that they are listed as clients of proactive investors one would assume they are paying for the service which they are recieveing, not discrediting what has been said mearly pointing out that they do not appear to be independent.
