The capital raise is definitely a factor in short term share price movement. Management made a mistake back in Nov 2011 by waiting too long to cap raise, and eventually did it at 3c, when months earlier the s/p was as high as 7c. Management have not made many mistakes over the last 3 years and Im sure they will not make the same mistake twice. One thing that can be certain is that shareholders will be looked after. Norwest has ALWAYS looked after the shareholders when it comes to raising capital.
