TBE: With all due respect - this clearly depends on the definition of "the foreseeable future". This may be a time-frame much shorter than some people believe. All JIMHO, of course. (Basically, the future cannot really very clearly be "foreseen" - will Greece still be part of the EURO in the foreseeable future (as an example) ???)
