Its confusing.
Not to mention sickening seeing AUQ, in my opinion an inferior stock go up on similar trickle vols.
Maybe people are looking for that 1 Nov date as the deal was
"conditional upon exchange approvals and definitive agreements being executed by November 1, 2012" (or a later date as agreed which doesn't help in this now now now world)
Maybe people are thinking they gave away their flagship project or 75% of it anyways and did it too cheap or what will they do now etc.? (Been waiting on a deal for Chitiga for a while now, that's another catalyst.. where is that at? I had thought the farm-in would have been Chitiga)
I guess I can see the negs but far out, they're at 20M mcap and did a deal for 35M.. on that basis Llahuin is worth (grossed up 35/.75=) 47M.
Not to mention the 5M placement at 85% premium = no cap raise.
