Thanks ozrider, nice to see the Proactive:

I am not sure but I like the bold part this comment by Gus:

Why do I like it, well the first part talks about the sales agreement and the last part talks about additonal sales agreement.

Now what does the in bold infer??

"...negotiations continuing with other groups involved in the nuclear power industry."

Could this be a tolling agreement or oh gee a acquisition?

My mind just gets excited thinking about that phrase. The reason is this company does give hints if you read between the lines and do a bit of research.

Well that is my take (guess) on travelling onboard the PEN train.
