    It looks to me like the $300 million market cap determines whether the company can petition shareholders to add the ability to issue another 10% of outstanding shares over the next year or not to raise working capital (that's another 10% in addition to the 15% the company can issue without shareholder approval, so 25% total). As the market cap will likely be over $300 million on the last trading day before the meeting, the resolution to add the 10% should be withdrawn.

    Another resolution pertains to excluding shares from the raise in Feb from the 15% calculation, which would give the company the ability to issue more shares in the future without shareholder approval. Basically we are approving those Feb share retroactively so they don't count as part of the 15% Anteris can issue in the future without shareholder approval.
