With relatively free international movement COVID travelled easily.
Future viral threats will occur. How they spread will depend on virus issues (infectivity, incubation, lethality etc) and on host/s issues (exposure, movements, risk factors etc) and on other issues esp how we learn/respond.
Shutting down for a prolonged period and/or repeatedly will not b sustainable.
So a lot of troublesome and difficult to control variables.
So COVID has me thinking that any changes may need to b sustained for a long time/ever. I don’t know how that will play out. I’m cautious.
