probability of dec fda approval

There was some talk about how likely approval leading up to Christmas was. I checked on the history of ANDA approvals during 2008 to see whether there was any correlation related to time of year. Dec/Jan seems to have an average ANDA approval rate. It peaks before and drops off during the US summer holidays.

So.... the fact that half of Australia is standing around a BBQ doesn't have any effect on FDA productivity!!
