I think one of the bigger catalysts will be whether FAR have to do another CR. While a lot of us suspect the shorting is not normal but to cap the price of the stock, the shorts still need to be covered at some stage. I have been of the opinion for some time that the shorter is relying on another CR to provide the shares to cover the short position (even if it is at a small loss, given its likely purpose). So if that CR doesn't happen due to FAR being able access some other form of finance (reserves based lending etc) then the shorter will be forced to cover on market. (Goodoil will want to be out before that happens)

What would be even better would be if FAR knew who the shorter was and was able to exclude them from a CR
