The chatter I have heard for a few weeks was $14-14.50 range. But they still had due diligence to complete in the data room which could take a bit of time and might knock it down a bit.
Minimum would be $13 but that would not get it done.....can't see anything less than $14 being recommended by Nufarm Board. Also depends on how much power Rathbone has at Board level, but there are some pretty solid/astute directors on the Board.
