The Chinese are extremely intelligent and (unlike us) think long-term. Also every decision has a political element to it. this is def 100% NOT simply about profit. China is very fearful of a food shortage. it wants to spread its agricultural base/know-how/influence. NUF holds dominant mkt position in agricultural chemical sales/distrubution-points in Australia AND offers direct immediate entry into other countries including N. and S. America. IT FITS THEIR STRATEGY everywhichway-youlookatit.
Make that estimate $13.25-13.75. Maaay be higher.... but can't see it being less. my new strategy is to sell half my holding if/when SP breaks $13 mark and keep half in hope of getting the premium cream. def DYOT.
