Oh CBA will almost certainly go under by 2020. The old they can just print money adage does not really apply to Australia. The US is the worlds reserve currency with a huge treasury market allowing them to print money, well at least for a short period of time. Because CBA has something of a ridiculous scale like 800 billion to a trillion worth of mortgage debt the government will just have to let the shareholders and bond holders lose. Think Iceland all over again.
Although this country has really nice beaches so it probably won't happen here
