China is having issues and the only way they can manage in devalue RMB.
Australia has a problem, today proved again, 3.4b deficit. Taxes will raise and growth will continue to weaken. RBA cuts rates and AUD is smoked... off shore funding will be a issue.
But prop up the house bubble a little longer with a weak AUD ?, but the average KFC eating Aussie wont be buying, as the overseas investors with USD will sweep up the place. Selling the future to survive a little longer.
Either way - disaster looms !
