If they plan to sell nicanda or any assets, couldn't this be done another way that does not involve expensive administrators, scaring the market and damaging the companies rep even further?

Surely there was a better option on the table, especially so soon after a strategic update that didn't so much as hint as there being any major problems.

I am at a loss as to how the management can do this unless there is method in their madness.
