All good points. if you're a regular trader and you've found success with your methods then I see why someone would use it.
My key takeaway being that instos move markets and they're smarter with better access to information and analysis than I am. So I'll stick to my helicopter view of having high conviction in businesses and go long, don't worry about buying a few %+/- just get on board, ignore short term noise and check in on conviction levels periodically.
