TWE announces termination of due diligence and potential
transaction discussions
SP never closed above $5 since 29 September 2014.
the market did not expect any one would offer above $5.
SP may be back to $3.50 if there would not be takeover news next year.
ARI refused $0.75 offer, now SP=$0.16, it is much cheaper than $0.75 now, but no one came out to offer.
(my view may be wrong, I added shorts and holding short positions)
