Could be true however the chairman did talk of developing rail links, ports, logistics and production facilities... in my mind that kind of infrastructure means plans for big time production and big time value for shareholders.
True some may sell on fact but I think smart people will buy on fact and sell to buy their mansions on the beach ;)
