talk about mouth orgasms - indeed watso was having multiple mouth orgasms (cooked enough for 4 meals)

1 pack of coles "cook with CURTIS chinese pork mince" 3 good sized onions from spud shed 500 gram potatoes from spud shed 500 gram carrots from spud shed jar of caramelized onions plenty of sweet chilli sauce (probably was the secret ingredient) jar of sundried tomatoes plenty of curry powder..
anyway sauteed the onions - added the mince, curry powder caramelized onions ..
sort of pre cooked the potatoes and carrots (sliced) in the microwave
put the whole lot together and cooked on slow for about an hour.
