I'm making no assertions that the ASX did find their smoking gun, I just don't think this will be sorted out in the short term. On that basis private operation or foreign listing seems to be the most logical next steps should we be faced with a long legal battle.

We operate in fintech and as such can't afford to stand still while committing finite capital and resources to legal disputes. In my opinion, we have a crack at convincing the court the ASX should relist ISX or we move on and get on with the job. At the end of the day, the businesses success will ultimately determine the value of my holding, whether that's through private sale, foreign public sale or eventual sale on the ASX.

I understand my opinion will not be popular and I'm still hopeful we get a result from the upcoming legal battle.
